The role of Temperature recorders in blood transport

Blood transport is a very common logistics activity in the medical industry. In the process of transportation, there are strict control and inspection measures for transportation conditions. It is very convenient to use the blood transport box with the Temperature recorder and Temperature Indicator to ensure the safety and traceability of the entire transportation process.

Blood transport temperature requirements:

 1. Whole blood and red blood cell blood components (excluding frozen red blood cells) : should be maintained at 2℃~10℃;

 2. Frozen plasma, cryoprecipitation: should be maintained in a frozen state of -18℃ below the low temperature environment;

 3. Frozen red blood cells: the temperature should be maintained at -5℃ and below;

 4. Platelets: maintain at 20℃~24℃ as far as possible;

The above classification needs to strictly control the temperature conditions of storage during transportation, It is necessary to match a temperature recorder with a large temperature range. The G1 V2.0 Temperature logger can record between -30°C ~ 70°C with accuracy up to ±0.2°C, making it perfect for blood transport.

G1 V2.0 Temperature recorder is specially developed for the pharmaceutical industry with high recording accuracy, large storage capacity, long running time, and IP67 medical waterproof bag packaging, dustproof and waterproof.  G1 V2.0 Temperature recorder for one-time use, USB 2.0 interface plug and play.  Both PDF and CSV reports can be generated automatically and free of charge, report including text and chart formats.
